I'm Lucy. I'm a solo mum of three, a rage room owner, an EFT practitioner, and someone who has been through it.

I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while you're falling apart on the inside. I know what it's like to be told your anger is too much. I know what it's like to not have a single space where you can just be real.
